PMRSR - Spaces for passengers in wheelchairs On lines with adapted vehicles, there are spaces available to passengers in wheelchairs for them to travel in their own chair. These must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, at no extra cost. Seats cannot be chosen. Check the available times for each route. The passenger must bear the following in mind: You must be at the boarding bay 30 minutes before the time of departure. If you wish to travel in a regular seat, you should not book this space during the purchase process. You will be required to access the bus and seat yourself independently or to travel with someone who can assist you. The wheelchair will be stowed in the luggage hold at no extra cost. Includes assistance with boarding/disembarking, assistance tying down/releasing the wheelchair, and help with luggage at both the departure and destination stations and during rest stops. Does not include assistance at the station or help eating or using the toilet at stops. To be able to choose a seat, the person accompanying the wheelchair passenger (PMRSR) must purchase the ticket in a separate transaction. Otherwise, they will be automatically assigned a seat.
